Cancellation Fees
Dear Valued Clients,

We hope this message finds you and your pets in good health. At Craven Animal Hospital, we are committed to providing the best possible care for your furry companions. Recently, we have noticed an increase in the number of cancellations and no-shows for appointments and surgeries, which can impact the quality of service we strive to deliver.

In light of these challenges, we have made the decision to implement a cancellation policy to ensure fair treatment for all clients and to maintain the efficiency of our operations. Starting March 18th, 2024, we will be enforcing the following cancellation fees:

Appointments and Drop-Off Appointments:

A $25 per pet cancellation fee will be charged for any appointments or drop-off appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time.

Surgery Appointments:

A $50 per pet cancellation fee will be applied to any surgery appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time.

Rescheduled or Missed Appointments, Drop-Offs, or Surgeries:

Clients who have rescheduled or not shown up for a scheduled appointment, drop-off, or surgery more than 2 times will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before being able to reschedule the appointment again.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all our clients. These fees will help us cover the costs associated with last-minute changes and ensure that we can continue to provide the highest level of care to your pets.
